The full Hypnobirthing Australia™ course runs over 12 hours in a group setting with a maximum of 3 couples. Classes are run as 4 x 3 hour sessions over consecutive weekends. You are encouraged to attend with your birthing partner. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided.
